But now im stuck with the problem of what to do now, I want to create a new char But i dont know what to choose. I already have a warrior ele, para, sin Mesmers have soft spot for me but peopledont use them do they? So i dont know what to go for next. Any ideas? |

Welcome back, I'd pick on you haven't got or use your original characters and ttry out other things. Look at the game updates for psat 6 months to rough idea if any new features
you oculdn't be more wrong about mesmers, they are used alot |

I suggest trying something new, that you haven't done before ... could be low tier PvP like RA, AB, FA, JQ for a start, farming a bit here and there, maybe title grinding, etc.
You know best what suits you and don't forget a guild not only helps, it's the heart of Guild Wars as I know it. Good luck and have fun gaming! |

Join a guild and start vanquishing.
If you're making a new character, I would probably recommend starting with a Nightfall Necro. Earn your heroes, obtain the Sunspear Necro skill Necrosis, and then buy an Elite Tome to learn Discord. When you can, go through GWEN and build your ranks up. Welcome back |

What profession you choose is really up to you. I personally like Necromancer of all the casters, Ranger of the two ranged attackers, and Assassins of the melee professions.
Something that is nearly a must is looking at the updates that have occurred since you left. You might find changes that make you want to stay with your current characters with no new characters. |

I totally agree, GW is better than WoW.
I am done with WoW, but, unfortunately... GW does not kick arse anymore at all either. IMO: Play some good singleplayer games till a good new MMO shows up. I recommend Fallout 3 and King's Bounty. |

Neither game is better, each appeals to different tastes. WoW is much larger and more detailed than Guild Wars giving you something to do over vast amounts of time, while Guild Wars is much more casual and allows a greater progression through the game with much less time investment.
Now that common sense has been taken care of, create a new warrior and play the entire prophecies campaign in the nude (your warrior... not you). |

Guildwars requires less time invested....sigh I guess I'm glad I don't play wow, seeing as I have a couple thousand hours on gw....nothing compared to some people but still ....<-------no life

Can not agree with this more, ever since i got through eye of the north a few times on some of my chars, theres really not much more to do except grind away until we get that much anticipated release date of GW2. I recomment using the assassin you have and learn how to do underworld speed clear, i have been grinding away at that for a few months now and have a little over 3 stacks of ecto that im still thinking about what to spend it on...but if your just not interested in farming then consider seeking out titles. I personally enjoy vanquishing often and i am legendary vanquisher on 3 characters and am currently going for god amongst mortals on my dervish. Anyway, good luck with whatever you decide to pursue and welcome back mate!

I took a year long break and came back for GW:EN about 2 weeks ago.
I spend all my time getting titles now. |

I love my mesmer just finished factions with her and moved her to EOTN. My Ranger is still active in EOTN, although I play my Ele the most. with 8 chars 3 games 1 exp i'm still not bored, I think the secret is to switch it up alot, dont play 1 char so much you get stuck in a rut
